    How big a meat on a 24" frame?

    Alot of the 26" frames that I have will not run the wide 24's because of the width. My Ratphoon will not fit them so the schwinn middle weights may not work for those tires.

    Thanks for all the great comments. And yes it is a absolute lead sled, good for down hill :D, bad for up hill :x . No wheelies on this one :cry: . All I need is a 3 or 7 speed nexus laced up to it.

    How big a meat on a 24" frame?

    I'm new to here to! My fat western listed under the gallery is a 26" bike and I'm running 24"x3" tires with standard 24" rims. I tried to use them in a 24" frame and they would not fit at all, too tall and wide. From what I see the wide 24's are almost the same height as 26's. Hope this helps.

    Here is the best pic of the red Hawthorne its at a different angle and a little closer. Its a great mostly original rider, even rides on indian head whitewalls!
