    Starting with a 1976 Schwinn Speedster Frame. Widening the rear and changing the fork for a balooner wheelset. Trying to figure out how to add pictures. You make it tough for the old guys.

    I admire the hillbilly engineering---how many fingers do you have? I used a dremel tool with a cutoff wheel to mod a rear sprocket and it worked fine--had to finish up with a round file since the cutoff left a square end. CC

    how about a styrofoam plug (cheap; easy to shape) and overlay it with fiberglass and polyesther or epoxy resin?
