Re: Basman ScrapRod Small update on this one... what's new: - new seat post - put my B66 on - changed the handlebars, the ones on the photo look good but didn't work with the shifter so I changed them for a similar one but with Project346 wood grips instead of bartape...

    The Rustman - new pics p. 2

Hey! Today my new frame arived and as my budget is limited I used the parts I had laying around. That's what I came up with: The wheelset and cranks where the remains of my abandoned Felt-project, the fork was used on my sold Porucho frame and the stem and handlebars I had laying around.

No it wont look too skinny I think... But you could also try the black or the aged B66 (but for the aged one you should use the matching aged grips). ... oh and if you want to change the saddle and you have no use for the Team Pro Vans I would recycle it for you.

    Felt Little Bast*ard

First I have to say: really nice saddle! And your Felt expert has no clue. I did a build up of a Felt two years ago and the frame definetaly works with 80mm rims and thick bricks. And even if it is too tight you could slightly widen the frame

Retrovelo OTTO DUO - with a little more color

Hey, I have a new pony(velo) in my stable. It's a Retrovelo OTTO DUO. I think it's the best bike I ever owned, although it is already used. It was a testbike in London. Some stats: - CroMo "Ponyvelo"-frame and fork - 24" wheelset with Rigida rims, Maxxis Holy Roler tires and Surly Hubs -...
