I picked up another Schwinn LeTour today. I think it makes three I now have. It is a Chicago Schwinn but the serial number has me confused. It is obviously not very old. The number, on the bottom bracket is SI 08552. Can anybody tell me the year it was made? Thanks

I still have a bicycle my parents got for me in 1967, when I was 10 years old. It's a BF Goodrich. The headbadge says Challenger but the chain guard says Super Fireball. I plan to clean it up as best I can and hang it in my garage. I have not been able to find pics of one like it anywhere...

I got the bike home. The seller was guessing about the year. The # is MG025xxx which makes it a Dec 1971 model.The wheels are S2 and appear to be straight. Actually the color is glossy red that is rubbed with scotchbrite to dull it the sealed with flat clear.
