yes I understand that, there are no groves inside the freewheel, I have those tools. The only place to insert a tool is the two dots showing on the outside.... Unless I'm missing something obvious.... here's the answer I got from pedal chopper...

Need some assistance, restoring a occ chopper and cannot remove the freewheel.... here is a pic... I've tried a spanner tool and it wont budge, I don't want to destroy the hub.... any ideas??
