Got a few things done today... wheel is on the bike, added a horn and light and tail light. starting on the seat recover but cant decide black or weathered ? Also thinking about this patch for a head badge I don't have one to fit the bike.

To answer your question.... $9.00 and it goes a long way. Time = $$ and I don't care to spend a lot of time to scrub on parts if I don't have to, and I also work on cars and a full time job, just drop it in and a few hours later turn or take it out and rinse.. I do like your post cant beat free!!!

Thanks for clarifying it Falstaff.... The one I use is savogran brand and labeled wood bleach. I have only found it in my area at true value hard where.

I have seen a photo on the web of a boys with the same paint color and darts that was a 36. I have a C model boys with the same darts and was told it was a 36-37, so I think marius.suiram has hit it on the nose.

Not much done on the build in a while, But I did find a wheel in my pile of parts. Gave it a OA bath and it come out better than I thought.

I have had this bike for a couple years.. It was just the frame and crank set,, I will have to look up the 50th anniversary one!

This one is badged Ross.. but they look a lot alike.

Going to try to swap axles if I don't have another wheel. wheel set was off a HD industrial bike
