Have not had to much time to get to the build.. So I pulled the wheels off the Schwinn and got the Gerald slick on but the axel on the front is to big to fit the monarch fork so got to find another wheel. put the S-7 on just to see black wall verses white, I'm more fore the white!

I will have to try that, I have some flame vinyl pin striping I cant try, cant hurt!!

Did some cleaning and got some new tire s on it 26x2.10 Duro

Got the fork back and stripped and did a repaint and put it back together . also prepped the chain guard and got some paint on it. still need to find some grips I like. and going to look at some material to maybe do a different seat. Wheels will have to go on later till after Clyde James bike...

+1.. It was on a Thursday when I seen it for sale but I work 2nd. shift and it's hard to catch folks that work normal hours. I thought for Shure it would be sold before the weekend but I guess I got lucky! I was really surprised it was so clean and original it was hard to tell from the pics...

Yes sir Clyde is a great guy, He has the fork finished but I ordered so ties and will not be in Tuesday so I will make it in one trip. did some touch up on the paint and took a bike apart for parts. will use these bars and got the crank set in.

Thanks for the link bicycle808 it looks the same to me!!! Steve... I remember when you posted this bike I was drooling over it wishing I had one to add to my collection. Is the derailleur guard standard on them, I want to get all the correct parts for it if available, grips ect.
