eh. they could have done a better job for the price that it's going for.I've seen some members on here do a better job with a rattle can than what they did on the frame. You can tell they didn't do a pass of clear underneath the top tube around the seat tube.

I use a scotch pad to scuff the chrome. Then use some bulldog adhesion promoter after it dries i spray some etching primer

not quite. Use the acetone to remove the paint. The acetone will remove the paint and the lubrication from the chain. After you will need to relube the chain.
