Truly there is nothing new under the sun. I had a similar device, called a Muf-flo on my old Evans back in 1964. It was a hollow plastic thing shaped sort of like a motorcycle muffler with a flexible plastic flap that stuck in the spokes. JWM

Why? Look at a '64 Impala, and and an '04 Camaro. Styles change. Always have. Always will. It's all about the cool factor- then as well as now, and besides- This pretty much defines it. The made in China vs made in US is the more salient point. JWM
