its also wierd how much those bars effect riding position. i used to ride a lot of bmx bikes(dirt freestyle etc) i remember my first ride on a mountain bike. it belonged to a friend, brand new with those style bars. shot down the street and back again, and then i tried hoping the curb. with...

    Schwinn Headbadge Screws?

practically all cheap butt battery operated toys have similar screws in the bottom. i bet a trip to the dollar store with a small screw driver, and you'd find exactly what you need. you'll probably locate something with 5 or 6 screws for a buck. that being said, i'm sure if you look around your...

well i had planned on scolding you for trading off the music room for bike storage, but since the music room is now in the living room, i say its a win win situation. keep that girl close. theres probably 5000 or so rrb members now looking for such an understanding better 1/2.

    Huffy Bull Cruiser

from what i gather, those style mountain bike bars faded out in the 80's due to failures. they used to be on all the cheapo mountain bikes around these parts, but ended up becoming a seroius liability. i gotta be honest, those bars remind me of all the 1980's ugly mountain bikes i loved to...

    x-mas presents...what did u get....

this was by far my fav. present. made in toledo spain back in the 30's, this is a modern replica of 16 century armour. i always wanted a suit of armour, but wasn't prepared to pay the $3000+ to get one. this one was found on kijiji for a fraction of the cost. ($300)

Are there any home-built Penny Farthings here?

i'm not sure if this was home made or a norco built bike. i sold it to a local bike shop, but not before i had some fun with it.

    "Most over done trend?"

the standard diamond frame. after 100+ years, this is an overdone trend i would love to see change. i realize theres many styles of frames, but nothing thats caught on like the standard shape. i'd love to see an inovative frame design become the norm. something real sleek.

    "Most over done trend?"

oh i'm cereal! the skull is far stronger than we give it credit for. i've done all sorts o crazy on board and bike alike, and i've never been in a situation where a styrofoam beanie would have offered any form of protection what so ever. wearing a bmx helmet is one thing, but these styrofoam...
