So far i put huge ape hangers, sprocket, lights and small stuff on it.
Now i have swapped to a 3 speed hub.

This is going to be my new towing bike. Going to modify my kids trailer to tow 2 bikes with me when i go out to shows. Pretty happy with how this rides. 2 speed helps a lot.

Rattle cans will always take longer. Singlestage paint sprayed from a gun has way more catalyst thats why it will harden even if it's just put in a can and not used for a short period of time. Spray paint has to be able to sit on a shelf for months at a time. Automotive or singlestage paints...
The only base that would work on its own is singlestage paint. Such as that used on farm equipment. Its in simple terms base and clear all in one.

Even then its still just base coat. If you dont put a good clear over the top its going to scape off. Even a car without clear the paint is going to flake without much effort

Did they mix the paint in house? If they made it and put it in a can it would have to be two part. If it was just straight toners and binder it would take months or years to dry out.
