They're comfortable bars. Do they at least look 70's era? They were very rusty, so I covered them with some rubberized undercoating & spray paint. Maybe if I keep them I'll coat them in black bedliner coating. The bike is the most fun bike I've ever had, these bars make the bike feel more like...

There was a black and gray single speed coaster brake OP at Wal Mart for $69 today. I would have liked it, but I have to get rid of several other bikes first. It would have been swell for the trails.

Man that sucks. A few years ago my Marin Bobcat Trail was stolen out of my basement in Pittsburgh. Even though a better bike came out of it, (a Gary Fisher Joshua X) I still miss the light, rigid framed Marin.

The Schwinn was pretty neat looking.
