Nice I like that frame

I have the chance to buy it but I cant decide, I think its kinda cool. But I really just want to flip it.

I cant find any names on it except on the tag of the horse it says Trupa made in Italy I tried to google it but didnt really find anything

I didnt even know it was there, but now that I do I will use it.

Ok Im too the point that Im in need some some bike tools, But I really dont want to spend a whole lot of money. Can anyone recommend a good brand w/ decent prices? I know Park Tools are good but kinda a little more than I want to spend for a tool kit. Any others? Any one wanna sell some tools to me?
