This is a weinmann brake mount adapter for a vintage frame, and I need one. Any leads?

So I'm thinking a dark metallic teal on the frame and where the chrome used to be on the springer, and black for the main legs of the springer....any thoughts or suggestions other possible color combos??

So at first I thought it was a CWC, but I noticed the front of the straight bar dips slightly. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

So does anybody know where I can get some dropout protectors that will fit a vintage Schwinn frame? Specifically a 1950 typhoon or any of the other cantilever type frames... I see a bunch for BMX stuff but nothing specific for the old Schwinn stuff...
