Mounting it up front was my first thought, like a Worksman or Cycletruck. Thought it looked better on the back. Here it is with the wood slats I added:
Went back to the original size flying pork chops. These are cut from 1/4" poplar, painted with Aged Brass. Also inserted one of my cardboard templates into the front sprocket:
CUT A COUPLE DIFFERENT SIZES OF THE FLYING PORKCHOPS, THINK I LIKE THE PROPORTIONS OF THESE.
ALSO TRIED A COUPLE DIFFERENT COLORS, TOP CHOP IS Metallic Dark Metal, BOTTOM CHOP IS Aged Brass.

Since I dont have a proper tank thought about making something. Cut out a flying porkchop using the front chain ring as a template. Thinking I need to blow it up bigger or make several of them:
