I need a wheelset, front and rear. Where is the cheapest place I can get both front and rear? Steel, aluminum, whatever is cheapest. I have several wheels around, but I just want a fresh set. I hate lacing wheels.

Okay, so I took apart my wheel with the junk hub the other day, and I can NOT get it back together. I'm pretty good about reassembling things when I see how they were taken apart... however, the guts just fell out when I tipped the wheel. I tried putting it back together, but nothing fits. Not...

Gotcha... but I'm talking about using a completely different wheel (including hub) because of that discovery.

The cup is chipped in the hub. There is a 1/4 chunk missing entirely. I know, change the hub... but I hate doing that, and lacing wheels. I'd rather just buy another than have to do all of that (again... did it twice. No thanks) I think I might just paint the New Departure once I true it...

Well, I finally got my front wheel painted the way I wanted, and I went to clean the rear wheel to start prepping it, and I find that it has a decent chunk missing from the outer bearing cup, hence the reason it wouldn't spin smoothly. Now, the problem is that the only other rear wheel I have...

I may have just made a mistake getting carried away. I sanded and primed the new crank (from a 1960 Schwinn I believe) in order to paint it. That was dumb.
