one off casting - help needed!!!
i need to make a bracket to hold a Bowden cable. the bracket is only to guide the housing and hopefully 2 screws tapped (6-32). there will not be a great deal of stress applied to it. i could get by making it from hardwood, but would like to try a RTV silicone mold and pouring it out of some... -

bench grinder & buffer recommendation wanted
title says it all. anyone have suggestions for a 6" or 8" double wheel grinder and separate buffer polisher of the same size? Q: can I put a 6" wheel on an 8" grinder? I assumed I would need variable speed, since buffing was done slow. I had a 10" buffer from eastwood but sent it back... -
