    "New" Panther - crank to clear chainguard?

    Stumped on this one. I am working on a "new" 2000-ish Panther, trying to fit a repop Phantom chainguard. The bike is mostly done except for this one hassle. The OEM crank is square taper (SS, 42t, 110BCD), but there isn't enough clearance between the chainring and arm to clear the chainguard...
