    Hmmm... Would the alternative be to get a 26" fork and cut and weld the 24" tube to the 26" fork? That kind of sounds a little bootlegish but maybe it works? You didn't have any problems what so ever fitting the 24x3 in the rear though? What would be an alternative to the 24x3..
