    that fork is not that bad, if its mine, i will try to dent it out from the inside with a tube that just fit. and weld the gap. Angel grinder and smoothened with the file. If that don't work cut off the busted tube, and replace it with another one from a less valueble fork :thumbsup: done it...

    very usefull info! :thumbsup: but i can add something to that i allready have done for a short cheap solution. and not with glue and tin foil but almost the same, buy a roll of the thinnest aluminium tape (its very thin, and fragile - so watch out) make you're surface clean en straight, paint it...

    very nice! love also patina on the original painting if it still there, but bare metal is not ugly iff its clearcoated for protection offcourse :thumbsup: otherwise you can go many ways with a bare frame. that choice you don't have with an original paint. at least i don't. keep up the good work sccs
