I’m still on the lookout for a good fork. I need to find a vintage one that will have 3” clearance. Front fork for this one is close but not nearly 3”

I don't really weld so i'm gonna do what I can to be creative: some 3" wheels - staying with skiptooth chain on modern cruiser rims. a prewar Elgin twin-bar frame, notice no seat post! Sprocket maybe will be custom made. undecided on bars, grips, accessories, flare, repaint, etc.

That schwinn tank is cool! I have never seen one like it.

Making some progress - big finish will be at the end. Any thoughts on fenders or no fenders? I like both... I spent a long time, way too long to fit this chain guard which isn't meant for this frame into this bike, I don't know how to heat and mold metal so this was done with a heavy duty...

Yeah many ideas - I found a women's headbadge on eBay which I will have to hack up and grind down because the head badge is angled for a women's angled tube. Found a rear rack and chain guard on FB. I have an old Schwinn S2 wheelset I might get some tires that match the blue chain guard...
