My bike is pretty much done minus a couple little details. I have put quite a few miles on it. My boys love riding it! I like it a whole lot. Can someone school me on how I need to post it?
My daughters bike is the girls version of this bike, color, graphics and all so I don’t know what this seat is from?
I got a sweet deal for this wheel set on CL. I really like it. It rides real nice! Thanks
bobbed an old fat tire front fender for the rear. Sorry purists . Year correct chain guard decals over Original patina. I’m open to your opinions. Should I fauxtina the decals or leave them crisp? I haven’t decided.I went with decals because the graphics could barely be seen...
Love your comments! COVETE-59 is a fun idea. I love bikes but that four wheeler is stunning!
Anyway, I swiped a seat from another bike for the first ride. Nice riding bike! The two speed is fun...
I’m uploading directly from my phone. I click ad attachment. I have been sending small file size images maybe that’s the problem. I’ll post one at full image size. Let me know if that makes a difference? Thanks
This bike was incomplete and came in a lot of three Schwinn bikes I picked up a year or so ago. It Had a nice patina and turned out to be a 1959. On closer inspection the word Corvette could barely be seen on the chain guard. Cool! Game on! A nice little sanity project during this COVID thing...
Well guys, I’ve got a cool little build going here but don’t think I’m going to make the deadline... don’t worry though, I’ll keep whittling away at it! Thanks for inspiring me to get out to the shop and be creative!!!
I am gearing up to build a head extension out of another head tube and bmx fork section. We’ll see how that goes...
Hate it when people post sideways Picts! Again I’m barely smart enough to operate this darn phone
Two wheel mock-up. I’ll run black walls and swaying between painted wheels or faux rusty wheels? I’m leaning towards painted... probably a firey red or orange.
The stance will be fun as I am running a 26” fork and 26” wheels on a 24” frame.
