Emory Giant Workhorse

Men’s cruiser frame
I acquired this frame in a collection, I suspect it is European due to the tiny bottom bracket (less than two inches in diameter). Ignore the seat post and handlebar, I put those on for a mock up. Can anyone guide me in the right direction?- clerkkent
