    When Cutting Down a Fork for Smaller

    I have a ladies CWC Springer. 7-1/2? To the 5" a men's is. My question is this, how are you modifying the rods to match the new cutdown height of the steer tube? Are you cutting the rods down and re-threading those, too? Fz

    Any threads about adding gears to a bike?

    I have a really old bike that I really enjoy riding. Problem is it does not have gears. Since I'm fairly new to bike modification, the first mod i'd like to do is upgrading the bike to have gears. I did a quick search but nothing came up. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers!
