So I made it to the finish line. This was a fun build and went together rather easily. I got lucky with my paint schemes and had very few issues painting and building. Having the Electra donor bike was a real game changer and time/money saver for me. I usually build up 3 speeds and buy new chrome wheels with 12 gage spokes. The Electra rims are aluminum and much lighter. The Nexus 3 speed is nice as well. Weather really hampered my chances to hunt fun and interesting spots for photography, so I did my shoot in my carport. Oh well. It’s really about the bike and not the backdrop.
