Vancouver was the last stop on our Alaska cruise. We plan on going around the Philippines soon, I should have a bike to take with me this time.
Maybe not a Colson, but something vintage.

They are keeping it. Parkers is building a big Parkers, a ChickFilA and a Starbucks around it.

Had an incredible trip to Italy, but now it's time to try and get some idea of what this build wants to be.

I have had this killer 65mm (2.5") nexus 3 speed 10 gauge spoke wheelset from @ind-chuckz for a few years now. I love the smooth curved crown on the rims.

I think whitewalls will look best with the black rims and I have two killer sets that i have won recently on the raffle pages. One is a set of Vans Cult 26x2.1 and another is a big set of 26x3 bricks.

Those look ridiculous, I’ll be down to grab them later….
I will bring my frame/fork down though to see if they fit on Sunday’s Best. My intended rims are 57mm I think. So if they fit with those 65s…..hello? eBay? You there? Yeah, I need to order a set of……”

On another note, I’m looking forward to seeing how those hoops stretch that Vans out

After confirming that I had good frame clearance with the 26x3 65mm wheelset, I could tell that I wouldn't be able to use many vintage forks with these. So I knocked out the headset cups and put on a Flying Machine Bikes triple tree fork that I won last year from a Braddakine Bike Club charity raffle.
