ream the 1.0 to 1/18 put in new bearings

Was thinking of making a sleeve cover out of a metal coat rack,and putting it back together

I have sleeved the 1" cups before .. see photos. The riser spacers used for a threadless 1 1/8 stems are a good donor source for the parts.........I have found some with the perfect size OD and only had to machine out the ID.

I was trying to sleeve the internal of headtube so it was snug,the steerer tube threading wouldnt be able to bolt down if I used a headtube reducer due to previous owner cutting it short to begin with
