16" BERGA Muscle Bike - looking for background info

I've never seen one of these - it came into a customer's shop and he reached out to me for ID help.

So far all I know is it's Italian. Anyone know anything about 'em?

I thought you might know oor seen them look similar to the ones you were showing.
