1930's Ladies Elgin Garage sale find

Found this fine lady at a garage sale over the weekend Never thought I would see the day I would find a old bike like this at a local garage sale. If you know any thing about her please share would like to restore it back to original condition since it is all there.

sweet! still waitin for my lucky garage sale. those skirt guards will pull 60 bucks easily.

yeah I figured the skirt guards where worth more then I paid for it. Im going to sit this in back of the garage for awhile have a couple of projects in front of this one I would like to get done. found out from RMS37 that this is a 1941 model.
