Seem pretty complete, the seat is good, rims reasonably true, and the bars are straight.
It has peaked aluminum fenders- probably not original. The frame is straight with no welds. No paint left but not deeply pitted either.
the serial number is SC11410 as best I can see- anyone know what year that would be? No real plans for it yet. I'll grease it add a chain and some tires and ride it for now.
