1941 Columbia repop Chain Guard Installation

Hi! I recently sold one of Memory Lanes repop chain guards that had never been installed. The guy I sold it to cannot figure out how to install it so I was wondering if anyone else had purchased & installed one of these and could help out with some info. The selling pics have been deleted - I appreciate any help we can get. Thanks alot.
