I have the chance to purchase a matching mens and womens 1941 columbia reproduction from the 90's.
They are both in the box unassebled. Does anyone have any thoughts on what would be a fair price for the pair? As of right now they are not willing to split them up.
Your thought are appreciated.

I haven't seen any of the repops.. any make.. go for much more than $500 either, the NIB thing is great till you take it out, then its just minty..

there's a real sweet one in the for sale section for $325

here's pics from the net if you have never seen them. the pair i am looking at are red. come to find out they came from a local sign maker who was hired by columbia to do some pin striping on them. i though that was cool.

So the offer still stands... This guy would like to see me put these in my collection and said he would hold them for as long as I would like and he will throw in 2 sweet prewar girls bikes too. Problem is I'm broke and don't see an end in sight. Would anyone out there have any interest in the womans version? I'm thinking if I could... well you get it.
here is what the pair will look like assembled.

Well my friend has had some things come up and these need to go. Unfortunatly I'm broke and will only be helping him get rid of these. I will be going this weekend to take pictures so that I can post an ad in the for sale section but it doesnt seem like there is much interest. Do you think they should be parted? sold seperatly? pair? Is any one interested in one or the pair or parts?
