1941 Western Flyer Decal Placement

I have a 26" Western Flyer that I think is a 1941 model. I was wanting to apply a decal that I brought on eBay. It is the Cleveland Welding Company decal of the strongman holding up the frame, it says "Master Weld Frame". Can anyone tell me if this decal is correct for this era of bike and if so where on the seat tube were they originally placed? Top, bottom or middle etc?

Many companies made bikes for Western Auto Stores to be badged Western Flyer . Some pics would be a definite help .
