1947 Kar-bike, pedal car.

My dad beat me to a garage sale this weekend. I learly need to start getting up earlier. This is an all original Kar-bike. Has all hub caps and original paint etc. The pedals are wrong and the seat is ripped but everything else is perfect. These were made in Cudahy WI by Metal Specialties Company later Weller Products. It's in awsome shape and he got a good deal on it. He's not a collector, and I'm out of my wheel house, I told him he hit the jackpot. Any idea on value? Anyone interested?

I do not think I have ever seen one of these I like it.
tell you're dad he ahs an excellent eye for a bargain as I am not sure of the value I will say this I would have dropped a couple hundred just to have it but im kind of insane on what I buy lately lol.
nice score nonetheless I know anything pedal car related seems to be in the 150 range depending on subject matter

Great find! Be careful cleaning it, the graphics look pretty fragile.

Yes it is belt driven and the steering is awesome, cast aluminum steering wheel. There won't be any cleaning. Still looking for an idea on value.

I've had one of these for some time now and have been interested in finding out more about it too. I've seen a couple different frame designs for them.
