It's all about the tanklights
Was displaying bikes at a local Spring Township festival on Saturday, with the hopes to thin the herd a bit. And of course, just show off some of my past rescues/revivals.
No sales but, it was fun.
Had a number of people stop by and tell me how cool they are.
And a few to tell me that they have bikes in their yards and garages that are just laying around.
"Are you interested? " some asked...."ahhhhh....yea!"
Here's one that I picked up yesterday.
"Here have fun with this one" he said.
He's rough. Frame top bottom tube weld is cracked. But, other than that, and the toasted seat and wheels, it's reviveable.
Hey, it has a springer front fork.
The owner modified the basket to fit with the springer.
