So I picked it up and after a little clean up.....

I'd like to find some period-correct tires to finish it off. Other than redoing all of the bearing I'm going to leave it as-is.

Yeah - the Evans-Colson fenders that I've seen were a little squarer-shouldered, and deeper. Usually painted in tri-color stripes, too.
 
Very nice AS IS survivor find complete and with a few period accessories too.:thumbsup:
Deeper rounded fenders would be correct as the squared ones are on later versions Evans.
(I have later version posted elsewhere and sure would like to find a tank some day)

PS: Your avatar always triggers great memories of working on the Harold and Kumar movie.
