1954 Schwinn Jaguar

Just picked this up.

All original 3-speed balloon bike. Has original paint (Red faded to gold/green) and decals with S-2 rimset and correct Schwinn crash rail seat. Only missing correct tires and the Rocket Ray light.
I'm thinking about just getting the light and leaving it as-is. Perfect RAT-ROD caliber OG goodness.

While the patina elects no doubt to the authenticity of this bike. It is totally worthy of a full on CORRECT resto! This one is a rare find indeed!

That's a fairly rare one. Patina or resto...toss a coin. I never understood why Schwinn didn't make the balloon fenders for the Jaguar, Panther, and Phantom out of stainless like they did with the middleweight Jag and Corvette. Your chrome looks to be in pretty good shape though. Congrats on that find. Gary
