1956 schwinn spitfire

what is a 1956 26inch schwinn spitfire worth? pretty straight bike, o.g. paint-faded. needs tires, fork is bent back pretty bad. not the o.g. seat. wish i had a pick. just an idea if someone could on the value. would like to buy from the guy, i think he thinks it's worth gold! offered him 60 bucks, no bites.
