1960 Schwinn Panther III

A customer brought this in today. Said he bought it for $30 and was wondering if he got a good deal. I jokingly told him I would double his money. A little bit of negotiating later and its mine! Horn is seized up but everything else is pretty sweet.

For some reason I'm not sure I've ever noticed that tank style before.

Still has the reflectors on the rack too!

That's called a peanut tank. It looks like that bike has a yellow band kickback too. Right? An original boys Schwinn with a tank, rack, and light. My kind of find. Gary

Red kickback, headlight works, both taillights work, The best part is that everything is going to clean up really nice.
