1963 24" Schwinn

Picked this up at the Ann Arbor swap for my soon to be 10 year old daughter.
Stuck some black rim/black spoke Nexus 3 speed hubs on her and some modern Sting Ray slicks. The bike says Sting Ray on the chain guard but I really have no idea what model this is. Any ideas?
