1964 Stingray

1964 Stingray I've had stored for a few years. Just pulled it out and dusted it off. Haven't done anything to it since I've had it. Appears to be all original, even the tires. I rode it around and I definitely need to overhaul all the bearings and soak the chain, and put on some new tires. Paint is worn as shown in the pictures, I'm thinking from paperboy bags?

Is there an aftermarket new front tire with the same tread available?

You can get similar tread tires for that. I believe Kenda makes them. Cool bike.

What's the best way to clean and get the grips white again?

Before you buy, make sure whether the tire is a common decimal size or an S-7 fractional Schwinn only tire. (i.e. 1.75" or 1 3/4", they are not interchangeable)
