Nice bike man! I have a couple pf questions. First off, whats the diff in your American and my 63 Typhhon of the same size and color? Also, whats the story with the yellow bands?
 
basically a 1963 typhoon is a cheaper model as it came with painted fenders and wheels same frame and fork though
 
yes in the later years they made less models and eliminated the american and the typhoon got chrome :)
