Picked this up today :mrgreen: :mrgreen: Got it from a buddy along with some wheels and chains :wink: It's painted ALL white because it was a display for colored tires :wink: It's going to be a build :)

Get some Aircraft Stripper at wally world and it will eat that paint in no time. Just wear gloves and don't stand upwind when you spray it.
 
Thank's guy's :D The build will start in the Spring because the paint will not dry in this 30 degree weather here :| :cry: This was only my second find of the year :roll:
 
I think your new StingRay is a shorty frame. I have one and I call it my suicide ride. It pops wheelies waaaaaaaay too easy and if you're not ready for it you will bust your butt. Do you have a radiator shop nearby? If so, try and get the shop to soak the white painted parts in their cleaning tank overnight. They will be bare metal the next morning. Easy and cheap. Gary

No, but my buddy owns an auto shop and I will see if he can sandblast the frame and if he has anything to take the paint off the chrome :wink:
 
I bought some paint striper from Lowes..non toxic cheap to half a gallon for like 10 bucks..put some on with a paint brush ..it has now smell..
You might have real nice pain under neath that white..? :wink:
