Early 70s, do you suppose? I think it may be a Duchess model by Vista...seems to be the closest pic I found resembling it
Love the rear hub, it's about as big around as a large soup can.

these old bikes are all collectible to me.... you can't compare a 'dep't store bike ' of 40 - 50 years ago to one of today.
