One of my first mash ups. The frame is a 1975 Schwinn Le Tour, as is the crank set, and stem. The wheels are from a 1963 Armstrong (Raleigh) 3 speed. Handlebars are similar to the Armstrong's, but are from something else, not sure what. Looking forward to putting some miles on her.
