Well, I guess that's why they call it a "fixed cup", tried using pb blaster and letting it soak but not budging. Don't want to start burning off paint with a torch so because the original parts are in good shape, I just lubed them and reinstalled.
Have not had time to test ride it yet but should be less friction.
