Came across this sweet thing wile browsing some local garage sales and just couldn't say no to it. It looks like the owner broke and tried to fix the cranks (he broke the tooth that holds the chain wheel to the cranks) and just stuck a screw threw it to keep it there (not the best idea but looks like it worked)

Love it! I just picked up a Kustom Kruiser Moto Glide which is essentially this bike with Shimano 4 speed hub and roller brakes. The screwy thing about the Shimano Nexus 4 is that none of the gears are under driven, so it is geared really tall. I like the simplicity of yours with no cables or levers.
