Finally found something worth posting here.
My first old frame.
A guy on craigs list was clearing out his storage unit. He says he has alot more bikes so will keep in touch with him.
Also bought a complete ladies JC Higgins.
All for $20
Not sure what it is since the lettering on the badge is gone.
Any ideas?

Looks like a Cleveland Welding frame badged as a Western Flyer.

Looks like a Western Flyer from the 50's

Yep, early 50s CWC Western Flyer. Sand down the BB and check the serial #, it should be followed by Cw, ACw or 52,53,or 54Cw. I think 54 was the last year for the rear facing dropouts.-Adam

This is a true treasure find. Treasure meaning not that it's the most expensive bike in the world, but there are a lot of people who give over $200, to get one of these to their house because they can't find one.- You did.

CWC frames are where it's at.

i just sold a cwc flyer a few months back on the bay for about $75.00 here she is..........
