You can still find them from Kenda- they make Kenda Kontacts in red, blue and orange, and they have knobbies in red, blue and yellow. Your LBS can get them from Custom Cycle and J&B.
I know Cheng Shin still makes smooth tread and knobbie tires in white, I've seen the white knobbies in Wally Mart.

ive got some knobbie whites, and my lbs carries the orange blue red street tread tires bmxpete is talkin about. they also have the same tires with a red blue or orange sidewall too.

if you are interested, I have these primapro tires i got for the under 20" build off. I ended up not using them. they are gray with black sidewalls. nothing too crazy, but they are super strong. i think the max psi is something like 110 or 120. one is slightly fatter, as is custom with the newer BMX tires. i think one is 1.95 and the other is 2.10, but I'd have to check. Not looking to make any money on them, just to get back what i spent. i paid $35 for the pair, so make an offer if you like.
