These kind of deals are humorous to me.

The guy has probably had them sitting around forever and then all of a sudden, BAM!...he gets 10 orders and blows them all out.

He's probably wondering where all that business came from.

I accidently found those too. They were cheap for a reason. The inside of the steertube was not milled correctly.valized and required some sparks to correct.
